  • What are your business hours?
    Verona Chic Lounge offers services by appointment only, Appointments are offered between :9:30 am and 7: 00 pm. we are closed on Sundays and Mondays
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Verona Chic Lounge requires at least 48 hours’ notice for cancelling, rescheduling, or changing an appointment. Late cancelling/rescheduling after the 48-hour window may result in loosing your deposit or restriction of future appointments at Verona Chic. If you are sick or have an emergency and need to late cancel, please call 857-250-6011.
  • What if I’m late for my appointment?
    Please call or text to let us know that you are running late. If you are more than 1 hour late, we will need to reschedule to provide the service.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    Verona Chic accepts payments from all major credit cards, debit cards. We can also accept cash, but cannot provide change (we do not keep cash in the salons). Verona Chic does not accept checks, Venmo, or CashApp.
  • How can I buy hair products?
    You can shop hair products 24/7 at veronachiclounge.com/shop or call or text 857250-6011 to check product availability.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Verona Chic Lounge offers eGift Cards, which are delivered to the gift recipient via email. The eGift Cards can be purchased online at www.veronachiclounge.com/gift-card

  • What is your return/refund policy?
    Salon services are non-refundable. If you have questions, call 85-250-6011. ·Products purchased in a Verona Chic lounge can be returned within 14 days. Products should be unopened. ·To return products purchased online at www.veronachiclounge.com call 85-250-6011.
  • Can I bring my pet to my appointment?
    Animals (including emotional support animals) are not permitted at Verona Chic lounge.
  • Do you maintain braids ?
    Yes. We can maintain your braids for you only if it has been originally done by us
  • Is it possible to shorten my long braids ?
    Yes, it’s possible. But we do not recommend that practice because before any skilled braider starts with your style she or he has to plan how the foundation and the roots should be. Any modification thereafter might not show a satisfactory result.
  • Do I need to perm my hair before getting braids ?
    No. You do not have to. It is okay If your hair is already permed. You can still have your hair braided at Verona Chic Lounge.
  • Can I go to any hair salon to style my hair ?
    Yes, you can. But It is highly recommended to have your hair done or serviced at one professional hair salon
  • Will my braids hurt my scalp the first few days ?
    Yes, they will typically hurt your scalp for about 3 days or so. Some customers are quite used to that type of pain. Some are not. At your convenience, you can find a hair cooler spray in any beauty supply store to help you deal with the discomfort. However we do not recommend anybody to wear braids if they have a sensitive scalp, as this may result in some injuries. Please consult your physician prior to any visit to a braiding salon to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Can I wash my braids ?
    It is NOT advisable for our customers to shampoo their braids within the first 2 weeks. doing so may cause the braids to lose their shine or luster. You may use hair spray available at most beauty supplies to keep your braids shiny. You may also lightly Dry Shampoo your braids after about 3 weeks
  • I am missing hair in some part of my scalp. Can I still get braids ?
    Yes, you can. We will try our best to cover all the parts that do no have hair to make the results look natural.
  • Will I save money if I decide to get braids ?
    Yes, it is. Usually you will keep your braids for a longer time in comparison to how much you will spend every 2 weeks at the hair salon.
  • How long will it TYPICALLY take to braid my hair ?
    It depends on the style you are looking for. At Verona Chic Lounge, any regular single braid will typically take about 4 to 6 hours to be completed. A skilled braider should not take more than 7 hours to have your hair done unless, it is a micro-mini, human hair braid-style.
  • Why are my braids so tight ?
    Some customers might feel some tightness on their scalp both during and after the braiding process. There is a minimum strength and tightness that any skilled braider must use in order to braid your hair. This process is un-avoidable, otherwise your braids will easily fall off/out. Customers with sensitive scalp will very likely be uncomfortable. You can find a hair cooler spray in any beauty supply store to help you deal with the discomfort. Please consult your physician prior to any visit to a braiding salon to avoid any inconvenience. We do not recommend anybody to wear braids if they have a sensitive scalp, as this may result in some injuries.
  • Will braids help my hair grow ?
    Well, both yes and no. This depends on your natural hair’s texture-type. Some customers with very tiny hair might have their hair break off more while trying to wear braids. Some customers with strong, natural hair MIGHT see their hair grow after wearing braids for about 3 months. The reason is that, since you are not combing your braids, you will at least limit the potential for breakage.
